Refund and Returns Policy

At Corine’s Cakes, we take pride in the quality of our products and service. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Perishable Items

All of our cakes, food items, and catering orders are made fresh and are considered perishable. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for these items once they’ve been picked up, delivered, or served—except in the case of a confirmed error on our part.

2. Order Errors or Quality Issues

If you receive an incorrect item, your order is incomplete, or the product does not meet your expectations due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue, which may include:

  • Offering a replacement
  • Issuing a store credit
  • Providing a partial or full refund (at our discretion)

3. Custom Orders and Cakes

Custom cake orders are made specifically to your design and request. We do not offer refunds for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery. If a custom order is incorrect due to an error on our end, please notify us within 24 hours for review.

4. Non-Perishable Items

If you purchased a non-perishable item (such as merchandise or packaged goods), you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup, delivery, or event. Cancellations after this period may be subject to partial refunds or store credit only.

7. Final Notes
